When will I receive my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s):
- DHL Express: 4-8 business days based on date when the order was placed. Shipping for orders below $300 costs $15. Shipping for orders above $300 is free.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We take care of Planet Earth and keep low stock in order not to overuse the resources. Usually we send the orders out the same day/next business day we receive them. Please, allow us 1-3 business days to dispatch your order on the days of higher demand. (Still, we will proceed with a Miranda Priestly's office urgency!)
How can I track my order?
DHL Express
- Go to DHL website.
- Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you got from shop@cultnaked.com. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found we're always happy to help shop@cultnaked.com
- On the home page enter the tracking number and hit the ‚Track’ button

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
Please note: although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
During the war in Ukraine, additional taxes for EU citizens are abolished.
