When will I receive my order?

1. You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s): 

• DHL Express:  3-4 business days within Europe and within 4-7 business days in Asia, USA, Australia. You can choose that option on a checkout.
• Standart shipping is sent via UPS/USPS (In partnership with NOVA POSHTA) and takes 7-21 days depending on a location.

2. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. We take care of Planet Earth and keep low stock in order not to overuse the resourses. Usually we send the orders out the same day/next business day we receive them. Please, allow us 1-3 business days to dispatch your order on the days of higher demand. (Still, we will proceed with a Miranda Priestly's office urgency!) 

How can I track my order? 

DHL Express:

1. Go to DHL website.
2. Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you got from shop@cultnaked.com. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found we're always happy to help shop@cultnaked.com
3. Press the "Track" button.

Standart Shipping:

1. Go to Nova Poshta Global website.
2. Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you got from shop@cultnaked.com. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found we're always happy to help shop@cultnaked.com

(“Business days” are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
